Crown of Eternal Winter

For the first time, in a long time, I have gathered the muster to post some of my own creations.  It feels like it has been ages. And what better way than to feature the sexy and scary Crown of Eternal Winter!

Amerisia's set is a fresh original set, though inspired by my friend Coldheartëd @ Blackrock.  The combination of light blues and burnished golds is one of my favorites, and this set has a mix of nearly all of my favorite pieces. :p

Helm: Crown of Eternal Winter
Shoulders: Pauldrons of the Cavalier
Chest: Templar Chestplate
Waist: Refreshing Abalone Girdle
Legs: Templar Legplates
Feet: Sabatons of the Humble
Gloves: Iceshatter Gauntlets
Main hand: Starshatter
Off hand: Starshatter

Amerisia Goes Glorious

Amerisia spent far too long in the same set.  So, to remedy the situation, she has taken the plunge and equipped her Glorious Legplates for the first time.  The gold is perhaps a bit bright, but I like how the contrasting brights and darks work well for me.  And its a fun set, regarless. :p

Shining Gold:

Shoulders: Reconstructed Furious Shoulderplates
Chest: Glorious Breastplate
Waist: Abandoned Zandalari Bucklebreaker
Legs: Glorious Legplates
Feet: Sabatons of the Humble
Gloves: Commander's Gauntlets
Main hand: Qon's Flaming Scimitar
Off hand: Sword Breaker's Bulwark

Aellin:  The Light and The Shadow

Being hot on the trail of all things moggable, Aellin has a couple sets and some shots with friends to share.  A lucky drop from Lei Shen, an expensive trip the the Black Market Auction House, and some help from my friends made it all possible.

The Light set is focused on incorporating the colors and tones of the Visage of the Doomed into the set.  The paladin tier lookalike pieces worked nicely.  The warrior tier pieces are some of my favorites, so I was happy they worked out for the overall feel of the set.

The Shadow set is based around the original Dreadnaught Pauldrons which are unfortunately only available through the BMAH.  Though, it is usable by any class.  I chose Abaddon to bring out the blue in the set.  Luckily, Kaydi and I were able to get it on the first try.

Ambrosa and Aellin got together for some good mannered dueling and sharing of her very own pauldrons.

Thanks to both Kaydi and Ambrosa for being awesome. :p

And Now for Something Completely Different

Arithan is stepping way outside his comfort zone!

Traditionally, he prefers to be a strictly Alliance themed warrior of refinement.  Last night and this afternoon, however, he ventured to Ulduar and attempted to acquire some pieces to go with a set that he had brewing.  The shoulders and required Justice Points, which pushed him into random dungeons until he had enough to purchase them.  With a lot of luck, the weapon and helm dropped, and he now has a completely new look from anything ever attempted before.

Of course, this means I've procrastinated in revamping my character pages, but it's all in the name of a good mog! :p
Helm: Conqueror's Siegebreaker Helmet
Shoulders: Furious Gladiator's Plate Shoulders
Chest: Chestplate of the Unshakable Titan
Waist: Cinch of the Flaming Ember
Legs: Lavaworm Legplates
Feet: Battlescar Boots
Gloves: Colossal Dragonplate Handguards
Cloak: Blood Knight War Cloak
Shirt: Blue Linen Shirt

Refreshing Abalone Girdle:  Second Pass

I couldn't help myself.  The thought of not creating a new transmogrification for Alt Appreciation: Warriors (#AltsWarriorWeek) was killing me.

I wanted to use my new belt since I got it, but the set I had originally planned required some pieces I don't have just yet.

Amerisia was my very first serious alt, so it's fitting she should celebrate this week.  Cheers! :p
